E. Payne Palmer III, CLU
Advisory Board Member
Payne Palmer is Chairman of Palmer Partners, a consulting
advisory company specializing in high-end, private, gated,
residential golf community development. He has had experience
in the financing acquisition, planning, and zoning of more
than 25 pre-development land parcels, the development of three
private residential golf communities, the marketing of a private
residential Oceanside golf community in the Pacific and real
estate sales at a high-end, private, gated, golf, and fishing
residential resort community.
Payne was a Financial Representative for The Northwestern
Mutual Financial Network from 1964-2001, as well as a Principal
in The Todd Organization, where he specialized in non-qualified
executive benefits for private and public companies. He also
served as board member and President of Phoenix Country Club,
as well as on the board of The Arizona Golf Association.
Currently, Payne is the Designated Broker for Brightwater
Real Estate Company, Gypsum Creek Valley, Colorado and an
Independent California Real Estate Broker. He is a life member
of The Phoenix Thunderbirds, and a life Director of The Trans-Mississippi
Golf Association. He was co-founder of The Junior Golf Association
of Arizona.
Payne graduated from The University of Arizona, where he
attended on a golf scholarship. He has a Chartered Life designation
degree from The American College, Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. He
has four children and six grandchildren and resides in Beaver
Creek, Colorado with his wife, Candace, who is also a realtor.
They are members of the Beaver Creek Club at Chaparral Pines
in Arizona.
