Mr. Cohen has spent his extensive business career developing innovative compensation and benefit programs that align company goals with individual performance. As CEO of several national and international organizations, he brings a unique understanding of the challenges companies face in designing the right compensation and benefit programs.

Prior to establishing RCG-LA, Mr. Cohen was the CEO of Clear Technology, and held various senior executive positions at the Farmers Insurance Group of Companies, including Chief Marketing Officer and President of Farmer's financial services division.

Mr. Cohen regularly writes and speaks on various business topics and his articles have appeared in leading industry periodicals including A.M. Best's Best Review, National Underwriter, and LIMRA's Market Facts magazine.

Mr. Cohen was formerly a Certified Public Accountant and a corporate lawyer. He earned his business degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his law degree from the University of Southern California.
