Chris Wyrtzen is a Managing Director in Retirement Capital Group Inc.'s Boston office. He has over 20 years of experience in Executive Benefits consulting, where he has helped sizable public and private corporations design and implement Deferred Compensation plans, Supplemental Retirement plans, Executive Life Insurance plans, and develop funding strategies for various human resource liabilities.

Before joining RCG, Mr. Wyrtzen served as a Senior Vice President with Clark Consulting's Executive Benefits Practice. Prior to Clark, he was a principal with Lyons Compensation and Benefits, LLC. Additionally, Mr. Wyrtzen was employed with PepsiCo as a Strategic Planner and Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company as a Systems Analyst. He has worked in estate and business continuity planning with several "M" Group offices in the Northeast.

Mr. Wyrtzen holds a BA from Clark University and an MBA with distinction from Cornell University. He is also a member of the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA) and WorldatWork.
