Chris Rich is a Managing Director in Retirement Capital Group Inc.'s Boston office. He has over 20 years of experience working with clients to develop innovative compensation and benefits programs that are responsive to the needs of key employees, consistent with the strategic plans of the company, and aligned with the interests of its shareholders.

Before joining RCG, Mr. Rich was a Senior Vice President in Clark Consulting's Executive Benefits Practice. Prior to Clark, he was a Tax Partner with Ernst & Young.

Mr. Rich is a CPA, a CFP, and a CLU. He is a graduate of Colgate University (BA), Boston College (MBA), and Bryant College (MST).
