Bill Borden has been associated with Retirement Capital Group, Inc. (RCG) and its predecessors since May of 1992.  In his current role at RCG, Mr. Borden is a leading member of the team that was tasked with updating the ISOP® and bringing it to its current status as one of the most innovative long-term savings plans in the market today.

Since entering the life insurance industry in 1992, Mr. Borden has gained an extensive background in marketing, implementation, product design, and technical support for employer-sponsored life insurance benefits.  He has been instrumental in streamlining the technical support procedures for human resource directors and individual participants.

Prior to his association with RCG, Mr. Borden was a general partner in several commercial real estate developments.  He held the position of Vice President of Southern California Development with a major industrial real estate developer, spent time as an investment consultant, and played professional golf for three years.

Mr. Borden graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a B.A. in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting.  He earned an A.A. degree with an emphasis in Business Administration from Riverside City College. 
He is an NASD registered representative, holding Series 6 and 63 licenses.

Mr. Borden provides general consulting services for individual participants in employer-sponsored benefit programs with an emphasis on how best to implement their new employee benefit into their personal financial planning.
