Curtis Viggers has been associated with Retirement Capital Group, Inc. (RCG) and its predecessors since January of 1991.

As RCG’s Vice President of Client Services, Mr. Viggers is primarily focused on transitioning clients between the marketing, implementation, and administration phases to ensure client satisfaction with RCG products and services. Mr. Viggers manages and coordinates the administrative aspects of the ISOP®/PRP business lines, and oversees the day-to-day interaction between third-party vendors, insurance carriers, RCG staff, and clients to ensure that RCG is fulfilling its obligations to its customers.

Prior to affiliating with Retirement Capital Group, Mr. Viggers served at Alexander & Alexander Services, Inc. (Aon Corporation), where he was primarily responsible for the sale and service of individual life and disability insurance and related products. He was also formerly a member of the management team in the Policyholder’s Service Division at Transamerica Life.

Mr. Viggers has an extensive background in the sales, service, and administration of inforce business on accounts ranging in size from individual policyholders to Fortune 500 corporations. He has been responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of policy administration databases and has invaluable experience as a member of several product development teams for new universal life coverage, focusing on the administrative and marketing requirements of the insurance carrier, agents, and sponsoring organizations.

Mr. Viggers graduated from California Polytechnic University at Pomona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He also earned an A.S. degree in Business Administration from Mount San Antonio College. He is a FINRA-registered representative, holding Series 6 and 63 licenses.
