Elaine F. Gonzales
Vice President, Plan Design and Analysis

Elaine Gonzales serves as the manager of Retirement Capital Group's plan design and analysis group. With over 25 years experience in the design of both qualified and non-qualified deferred compensation plans for public and privately owned companies, Elaine is an invaluable part of RCG's management team in supporting marketing, sales, and case administration. Her expertise has likewise played a key role in the development and implementation of RCG's proprietary company sponsored retirement plan, the ISOP®.

Elaine gained her many years of experience by serving as Vice President of Design & Analysis for Clark/Bardes Consulting where she became an invaluable resource to the Executive Benefits Practice. She also served as a Senior Design Analyst for the executive compensation division of Merrill Lynch. Elaine is a graduate of Ladycliff College in Highland Falls, NY, and earned her BA in mathematics.
