Jack Dolmat-Connell is President of DolmatConnell & Partners, Inc., a leading executive compensation consulting firm. He is a nationally recognized expert in executive compensation, incentive plan design (short-term and long-term), linking pay and firm performance, and total reward strategy development.

Mr. Dolmat-Connell has significant experience in both consulting and corporate environments, providing a unique background from which to advise clients. His consulting experience includes Managing Director and National High Technology and Life Science Practice Leader for Pearl Meyer and Partners, Managing Director and East Coast Practice Leader for iQuantic, and Managing Director for The Wilson Group.

He has a B.A. in Economics and an MBA in Organizational Behavior and Corporate Strategy from the University of Michigan Ross Graduate School of Business. Additionally, he has also been an adjunct professor at Bentley College and Babson College and an Instructor for WorldatWork.

Mr. Dolmat-Connell has published over 30 articles and book chapters and has been quoted extensively in such publications as The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, Fortune, CFO Magazine CFO.com, Red Herring, and USA Today. He speaks regularly at many national and regional conferences.
