Patrick Haraden provides employee benefits consulting services specializing in the area of health and welfare benefits to large employer groups. His concentration is in financial modeling, benefits outsourcing, compliance, and employee education specifically to multi-state employers, municipal groups, associations, colleges and universities.

Mr. Haraden is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) and Registered Employee Benefits Consultant (REBC). He attained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting and Management) from Northeastern University and a Masters in Business Administration (Taxation) from Bentley College. Prior to joining Longfellow in 2004, he was a Senior Employee Benefits Consultant and Team Leader for Fidelity Investments Employer Services Group, Senior Consultant for Hewitt Associates and Watson Wyatt Worldwide, and an Underwriter and Financial Analyst with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.

With strong financial and negotiating competencies, Mr. Haraden is recognized as an expert in Self Insurance and Alternative Funding, Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangements (MEWAs), Group Purchasing, Associations, Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), Merger and Acquisition Due Diligence, and Benefits Outsourcing. He contributes to the local community as Chairman of the Town of Norwell Advisory Board, and is an instructor at Suffolk University in the Corporate Education Department.
