Retirement Capital Group Announces Establishment of Advisory Board

San Diego, CA - April 13, 2004 - Retirement Capital Group, Inc. (RCG), a compensation and executive benefits consulting firm in San Diego, California, today announced the formation of the RCG Advisory Board. Charles A. Lynch, Chairman of Market Value Partners, has been named its Chairman.

William L. MacDonald, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of RCG stated, "We are very pleased with the establishment of the RCG Advisory Board. The Advisory Board Members we are assembling will support and strengthen RCG in the corporate marketplace. Charlie Lynch has been a friend to RCG since the company began, and we are thrilled to add his experiences to our corporate culture. Charlie as run many major corporations such as Saga Foods, DHL and Greyhound and knows the importance of attracting and retaining key people. He has a first hand knowledge of our products and services and knows how effective they are to shareholders."

The RCG Advisory Board is a collection of public and private sector senior executives that will complement RCG’s Management Team and Board of Directors. The Advisory Board Members will provide RCG with feedback regarding compensation and executive benefit plan issues that impact today’s business leaders. The Board will oversee RCG’s core mission and strategy with its focus on RCG’s clients.
