Retirement Capital Group Announces New Executive Vice President

San Diego, CA - October 25, 2004 - Retirement Capital Group, Inc. (RCG), a leading provider of executive compensation and benefit solutions, today announced the addition of Dave Stecher as Executive Vice President and Member of the Company's Executive Committee.

Dave Stecher has more than 15 years of financial, consultative and strategic experience, with emphasis on nonqualified executive benefit plan design, compensation and taxation.

Prior to RCG, Mr. Stecher managed the San Diego branch of AXA Advisors, LLC, and provided consulting services relating to cost-effective executive benefit programs. Having started his career in accounting at KPMG Peat Marwick, Mr. Stecher's expertise in accounting and taxation is an asset to RCG.

In addition, Mr. Stecher is a recognized leader and contributor to various community organizations, as follows: Board Member: National MS Society, International Sports Council, San Diego Tribute to Heroes Foundation; Chairman of the United Way's San Diego Alexis de Tocqueville Society; and Director's Cabinet of San Diego State University's Athletic Department.
