RCG Continues Business Expansion

SAN DIEGO, March 24, 2006 -- William (Bill) L. MacDonald, Chairman, President and CEO of Retirement Capital Group, Inc., today gave RCG key stakeholders an update on its 2006 expansion plan which was announced last year as part of RCG's Strategic Plan.

Mr. MacDonald stated, "RCG is ahead of schedule with the opening of new offices in San Francisco in January, the hiring of Robert Kundtz from Clark Consulting, and the addition of three new consultants to our headquarter staff. With the anticipation of opening its Los Angeles office in the second quarter, RCG has added Michael Christensen this month, who comes to us with a solid career in investment banking." RCG currently has offices in San Diego, San Francisco, and Atlanta.

As part of its 2006 expansion plans, RCG will announce the opening of its Chicago office on April 17th. "We have found a very experienced benefits consultant for a Chicago based competitor. His presence in Chicago representing RCG will give us the ability to expand our footprint in the Midwest." Mr. MacDonald added, "Dr. Arthur Laffer, RCG's Vice Chairman, has a big following in the Midwest from his days of teaching at the University of Chicago, so RCG is excited to have a presence there."

RCG's open architecture business model gives it a competitive advantage in the marketplace. RCG’s focus has been to attract key consultants strategically where it has good access to leading companies. "With the addition of Joe Kennedy to our Advisory Board, we are searching for talent in the Boston area to establish another office. Coming off a record year with a 60% increase in revenues gives us the resources needed to fund the expansion," stated Mr. MacDonald.
